According to a media outlet on the 17th, the 16th Civil Division of the Seoul Eastern District Court filed a civil lawsuit against Lisiello CEO A on the 30th of last month, seeking 600 million won in damages.
Following the loss, the court also dismissed Mr. A's creditor subrogation lawsuit. Mr. A's legal representative filed an appeal on the 14th.
Mr. A is a manager who has worked with Park YUCHUN since he was a member of JYJ.
When Park Yuchun was accused of drug use, she left the management office and established a new entertainment agency. However, in August 2021, she was forced to resign due to a dispute over her earnings.
The dispute began. Park Yuchun claimed that Mr. A had not properly settled his earnings, and Mr. A not only properly settled his earnings, but also claimed that Park Yuchun had signed a double contract with a Japanese entertainment agency.
He claimed that he had been using the company card to pay for entertainment and living expenses. On November 10, 2021, the Seoul Central District Court ruled that he had been entrusted with managing Park Yuchun by Lisiero.
As a result, Park Yuchuan is currently unable to carry out his own entertainment activities in Korea.
A also filed a civil lawsuit against Park Yuchun at the Seoul Eastern District Court, seeking approximately 600 million won in damages. However, the court ruled that Park Yuchun had violated A's terms.
The court ruled that there was no reason to pay 600 million won to Park Yuchun and acknowledged his victory. However, Mr. A has not given up and is appealing the decision, so the trial is dragging on and it will be interesting to see what the outcome will be.
Park Yuchun will release a mini album on December 18th, and will hold a concert at Zepp DiverCity in Tokyo and Zepp in Osaka on December 21st, 23rd, and 24th.
Namba will hold the "PARK YUCHUN 2024 X-mastour" at Zepp Fukuoka.
