ユチョン、事実上の韓国芸能界引退だが…
”Focusing on his activities in Japan,” YUCHUN has effectively retired from the Korean entertainment industry, but... he can't give up communicating with his fans?
Park Yuchun (ex-JYJ), who has been concentrating on his overseas activities since the drug and tax delinquency scandals, has been communicating with his fans in Korea.

On the 10th (today), Yuchun posted several photos with various emojis on his personal SNS.The photos showed Yuchun's recent activities in Japan.

Yuchun's post, which had not been uploaded in a while, was met with a flurry of comments from Japanese fans, who asked, "Where are you going?” to which he replied, "lol, lol, lol, secret.” One fan responded, "Wow, you're using Oppa (a Korean term for an older man)," drawing some attention.

Yuchun opened his SNS account last February. He was effectively banned from the Korean domestic entertainment industry due to a drug scandal, but he has now embarked on communicating with his fans once again.

In 2019, Yuchun was indicted on suspicion of using heropon and sentenced to 10 months in prison with two years suspended. Yuchun declared that he would retire from the entertainment industry if he was on drugs, but within a year, he held an overseas fan meeting and retracted his "retirement declaration," earning a chilly response.

Since then, Yuchun has concentrated on overseas activities instead of domestic ones.In particular, after the release of his debut album in Japan last year, Yuchun held an expensive dinner show and other activities to keep himself out of the Korean public eye.

However, even after Yuchun was named on the list of high and habitual delinquent taxpayers in Korea, he continued his activities without any feedback, and he is now under fire for this. According to data released by the National Tax Service, Yuchun did not pay 409 million won ($40 million) in five taxes in 2016, including transfer income tax.

Despite all the turmoil Yuchun has been hiding from the Korean entertainment industry, he continues to communicate with his fans amidst all the controversy.
