The movie "Hidden Fei" is about a woman named Song Jin (played by Song Hye-soo) who is searching for her missing fiancee Suyeong (played by Cho Yeo Jung).
Suyeong's junior Mi-joo (played by Park Ji-hyeon) appears in front of Seungho, and Suyeong, who was supposed to be gone, witnesses their true selves in a secret space that is very close to them.
Writer Choi Yuna, who watched the movie, praised it, saying, "The completely unpredictable story and unusual setting made me enjoy the entire screening and naturally applauded."
In particular, she is a popular TV series writer and a divorce lawyer with 13 years of experience who has handled more than 3,000 divorce consultations.
She expressed surprise at the unusual setup. She said, "They set up hidden cameras without consent, open and look at personal files, take secret photos, track locations, and do other things to find out what the other person is really thinking.
"I've never seen a case where someone would hide in their own home and spy on their fiance's privacy," he said.
In the drama, there are many characters, including Sung-jin (played by Song Seung-ho), who has an affair with a junior after his fiance disappears, and Suyeong (played by Cho Yeo-jo), who goes into hiding of her own accord.
Regarding the actress, "The act of unilaterally breaking off an engagement through a video and then suddenly disappearing can be judged as grounds for responsibility for breaking off an engagement, and if they had rented a new house and started living together, then they would not have had to break off their engagement,"
"If the relationship is ended unilaterally without any special reason, even though it is essentially the same as the start of a common-law marriage, it is possible to claim damages," he said, presenting the view that both parties can be held responsible.
Furthermore, regarding the provocative characters, "The process in which the protagonists reveal their hidden desires and clash is interesting and makes me think a lot.
In an interview, actress Tilda Swinton was asked, "What do you think success is?" and she answered, "When you don't have to hide who you are."
"But after watching 'Hidden Feins,' I thought that the ultimate success of a human being is to satisfy one's own deficiencies and ultimately become honest, or perhaps the freedom that comes from that," he said.
"Hidden Fei Su" is currently showing in South Korea.
