After accompanying a woman in her 20s, Ms. B, in an elevator in a residential building in Seodaemun-gu, the victim got off at the residential floor and was greeted by a man who said, "I'm a terminal cancer patient, but I'm wearing the same shoes as women.
He was indicted on suspicion of demanding that the woman take off the stockings she was wearing, saying, "I took home a pair of stockings that she was wearing, hugged them, and slept with them, and my cancer got better. Please take off the stockings you're wearing."
As a result of the investigation, Defendant A was given an 8-month suspended sentence for violating the Sexual Violence Punishment Act (trespassing in a place used for sexual purposes).
