ソウル市に「カンプル漫画通り」と「スンリョンの家」を造成、漫画の世界観を探訪=韓国
Seoul develops ”Kangbul Comic Book Street” and ”Seungryong's House” to explore the world of comics (Korea)
The "Kanpul Comic Book Street" is located along the road from Exit 4 of Gangdong Station in Seoul to Seongnae Village.
The murals are based on the stories of popular comics. Various works, such as "Moving" and "I Love You," which were made into TV series, are painted on each street.
There is a map at the entrance showing the locations of all the works, so you can walk around and look at the works you like. Some of the walls are painted with famous lines or scenes, but you can also add your imagination to the former works and create different works.
Some of the murals feature characters from the film. In areas such as Kanpur Manga Street, star-shaped lights connected by cables were installed to create a twinkling night sky.
Shining marble has been installed in the places where the statues are placed, creating a fantastic atmosphere. On this street, there is also a facility called "Seungryong's House" named after the main character Seungryong from "Pabo". The first floor is a cafe.
The first floor is a rental comic room, and the third floor is a studio for young comic artists. The facility is open to the public. A district official said, "Both Kanpul Comic Street and Seungryong's House are open to the public, and are open to the local residents and visitors.
"It will provide a rich cultural experience for visitors."
