Recently, Korean media Channel A reported on a tip about workplace bullying involving an ADOR employee.
According to the report, Ms. A said about Kim Juyeon, "There were unnecessary frequent meetings and bullying. She also demanded that I hand over my personal cell phone to her. On top of that, she was forcing me not to go home."
This is in response to a previous statement from NewJeans, "The managers who help with the schedule have been confining ADOR and HYBE to the office for more than three hours."
This is consistent with the content of her previous claim that she was "suffered severe bullying, including having her laptop stolen from her, being investigated without any teasers, and being brought to tears."
It was revealed that Mr. A filed a complaint against Kim Juyeon to the Ministry of Employment and Labor for workplace bullying. In the complaint, he said, "After he was lured into a business meeting, he was sent home with a standby order.
"They demanded that I return my laptop immediately. Despite my request to leave work, they illegally detained me for about three hours until the laptop was returned," and "They demanded that I hand over my personal cell phone."
The documents reportedly contain content such as, "An investigation has been launched into the matter, as formatting a laptop is grounds for disciplinary action."
ADOR countered that this was due to a breach of the exclusive contract by NewJeans.
The employee in charge of advertising contacted the advertiser directly, urging the artist and the brand to enter into a contract directly, without going through the company.
This is a serious breach of trust that aids the artist in violating the exclusive contract."
NewJeans and ADOR, who are fighting over an exclusive contract, are now in hot water over a manager bullying issue.
Previously, the five members of "NewJeans" held an emergency press conference to announce that they had terminated their exclusive contract with ADOR on the 29th of last month.
ADOR claims that the application for disciplinary action has not been carried out and that there is no obligation to pay the penalty. ADOR eventually filed a lawsuit to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract, and "NewJeans" was sued by ADO.
On the 6th of this month, he expressed his disappointment regarding the R side's lawsuit.
