South Korea indicts woman for arguing with mother in restaurant and knocking over boiling pot

A woman in her 30s has been referred to prosecutors for causing a commotion after getting into an argument with her mother at a restaurant and knocking over a pot of spicy fish soup that was simmering.
Gyeonggi Gimpo Police Station has arrested a suspect in his 30s on charges of obstruction of business and assault and referred him to the prosecution.
The incident was revealed on the 8th. Suspect A is accused of causing a disturbance at a restaurant in Gimpo City at around 7:10 pm on the 29th of last month, disrupting the restaurant's operations.
In the video footage taken inside the restaurant at the time, suspect A was seen flipping over a boiling pot and throwing a ladle.
The footage, released by JTBC's "Case Leader" on the 17th, shows two women having a conversation at a central table in a crowded restaurant.
When one of them stood up, the other slammed the ladle on the table, sending it flying towards another customer sitting behind him.
He threw all the plates on the table to the floor, and finally overturned the pot that was boiling on the gas burner. He then kicked the restaurant owner in his 40s and a customer in his 20s who were trying to stop the commotion.
He is also suspected of assaulting the victim by kicking and scratching her neck. The woman who was with suspect A was his mother, and when the two started arguing and their voices got louder, the store owner's wife told him to be quiet.
After A's mother paid for the meal and left the restaurant, A, who was left alone, began yelling at him, saying, "Come here," and "Please leave the restaurant."
" He then started to make a fuss. In addition, even though the mother of suspect A had returned to the restaurant, she did not stop him and instead told customers who were taking pictures of the scene with their mobile phones, "Stop taking pictures."
In the process of subduing suspect A, the restaurant owner and staff were injured and were unable to operate the restaurant for a while. The restaurant owner said he wanted suspect A to be severely punished.
