We would like to inform you of the status of our response to criminal acts such as malicious slander, spreading false facts, personal attacks, and the creation and distribution of defamatory posts and comments on LINE and other social media.
In response to these serious criminal acts against our artist, our company appointed a specialized law firm in September to take strong legal action and filed numerous complaints with the Gangnam Police Station.
The case has now been sent to the prosecutor's office with a recommendation for indictment from the Gangnam Police Station, and we are awaiting the results of the criminal punishment for the suspects.
In addition, the event is held through social media platforms and communities headquartered overseas.
We are considering filing local criminal charges and cooperating with local investigations into the criminal acts that have already been committed. Insults, defamation, and spreading false information about artists are clearly criminal acts, and we have already taken legal action against those involved.
