"I thought that this does not constitute a civil war from a basic, common sense, or national perspective," he said. Sok also emphasized, "The president is also a lawyer, so he is not saying things like, 'Arrest him.
"I heard that no one ever used the term 'take him away'," he said, adding, "Not only were they never even mentioned arrest, but if they did arrest him, where on earth should they take him?"
He continued, "The president has instructed the mobilized military and police to 'never clash with citizens,' and this likely includes members of the National Assembly."
