Support rate for main opposition party is ”double the score” of ruling party in South Korea

The results of a public opinion poll announced on the 20th showed that the approval rating of South Korea's largest opposition party, the Democratic Party of Korea, has reached an all-time high.
The Korean polling organization "Gallup Korea" conducted a survey of 1,000 voters aged 18 and over from the 17th to the 19th of this month.
According to a survey of party approval ratings conducted among 2018-2021 voters, the Democratic Party was ranked at 48% and the ruling party at 24%. The approval rating of the Democratic Party reached a new high since the inauguration of the Yoon Seok-yeol administration, while the approval rating of the ruling party was 48%.
This was followed by the Fatherland Reform Party (4%), the New Reform Party (2%), other parties (1%), and so on, with independents making up 21%.
In response to the question, "Who is the most suitable person to become president in the future?", Lee Jae-myung, the leader of the Democratic Party, gave three answers.
He came in first with 7%. He was followed by former ruling party leader Han Dong-hoon and Daegu Mayor Hong Jun-pyo, both with 5% each, and former Fatherland Reform Party leader Cho Kuk.
