”6.3 billion won” Yu A In's Itaewon house, purchased entirely in cash by her 7-year-old child

The purchaser of a house in Itaewon sold by actor Yoo Ah In, who was indicted on suspicion of habitually administering drugs, was found to be a seven-year-old child.

According to the court registry on the 26th, the title of Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, which Yoo Ah In purchased under the name of Yoo Company Limited, a legal entity of which he is the representative, was transferred on the 19th to Mr Park, who was born in July 2017.

It is estimated that Mr Park signed the contract for the entire purchase cost of KRW 6.3 billion (approximately JPY 670 million) in cash, given that no collateral was set up.

Yoo Ah In, who purchased this single-family home for KRW 5.8 billion in 2016, attracted attention when he revealed his home, which ranges in size from one basement floor to three floors above ground, on the past MBC series Happy Life of a Single Man.
