Secondhand down jacket found to be infested with maggots... ”Can't even return it” = Korea

There was a reported case where a person purchased a second-hand down jacket and when they opened the box it was delivered in, they found several maggots.

The problem is that A has recently moved, and the previous tenant has returned A's jacket due to a misunderstanding. A says, "The house that arrived while I was at work was closed.
The previous resident requested the parcel be returned two hours later. Moreover, he wrote the wrong address." Mr. A immediately explained the whole story to the previous resident and collected the parcel that had been mistakenly returned.
