Rocket Punch's Yonghee, Yunkyung, Sohee, and Dahyun leave Woolim Entertainment... Is this a de facto disbandment?

The group Rocket Punch is in the process of disbanding. All four members, excluding member Suyoon, will be leaving Woolim Entertainment.
On the 27th, Woollim Entertainment announced, "Exclusive contracts for Rocket Punch members Yeonghee, Yunkyung, Sohee, and Dahyun will begin in December.
"The contract will end on the 31st," and "After extensive discussion and thorough dialogue regarding the future direction of the Rocket Punch members, we have decided to end the exclusive contract.
He continued, "I would like to express my gratitude to Yeonghee, Yunkyung, Sohee, and Dahyun, who have been with us as artists of our company during the past time, and I look forward to working with them from the bottom of my heart in the days to come."

This marks the 10th anniversary of Woolim Entertainment's "Rocket
Suyun is now the only member of "Rocket Punch".
Punch debuted as a six-member girl group in 2019, but in May, member Juri left the group and the group was reorganized as a five-member group.
