Kim said, "There were a lot of people, including children, gathered in a closed pool, so I was worried that many lives would be lost, but no one was seriously injured.
"I heard that not a single person was there. I'm really grateful," he said. At the same time, many people who were on the ground floor of the same building escaped to the rooftop and were saved.
