Lee Seung Hwan's side said, "Criticism, debate and discussion should of course be respected, and we do not want those who are opposed to the concert to post comments like 'We are against it.'
"People should be guaranteed the right to express their opinions, such as 'This is too unfair' and 'Stop it.' However, they should not publicly state false facts or defame the reputation of specific people."
As there is a possibility that such false information will be spread in the future, LEE SEUNG HWAN's side stated, "We are taking preventative measures and collecting related materials such as posts and comments as evidence.
Meanwhile, Lee Seung Hwan has filed a lawsuit against Mayor Kumi seeking damages worth approximately 200 million won (approximately 20 million yen).
In the past, Mayor Kumi unilaterally canceled the rental of a venue for a scheduled Kumi concert because LEE SEUNG HWAN had not signed a pledge to refrain from political incitement.
