Singer LEE SEUNG HWAN's side has warned against the spread of false information and revealed that they are currently gathering evidence for future action.

In their statement, they stated, "After the unjust cancellation of the Gumi concert, we posted a request to cancel the concert on the local government website of the area where Lee Seung Hwan's concert was scheduled to be held.
According to the report, on the 23rd of last month, in the "Requests to the Mayor" section of the Jinju City Hall website, a message was posted saying, "Lee Seung-hwa
Lee Seung Hwan's side said, "Criticism, debate and discussion should of course be respected, and we do not want those who are opposed to the concert to post comments like 'We are against it.'
"People should be guaranteed the right to express their opinions, such as 'This is too unfair' and 'Stop it.' However, they should not publicly state false facts or defame the reputation of specific people."
As there is a possibility that such false information will be spread in the future, LEE SEUNG HWAN's side stated, "We are taking preventative measures and collecting related materials such as posts and comments as evidence.
Meanwhile, Lee Seung Hwan has filed a lawsuit against Mayor Kumi seeking damages worth approximately 200 million won (approximately 20 million yen).
In the past, Mayor Kumi unilaterally canceled the rental of a venue for a scheduled Kumi concert because LEE SEUNG HWAN had not signed a pledge to refrain from political incitement.
In response, Lee Seung Hwan said, "The legal and economic responsibility arising from the unilateral and unjust decision to cancel the rental will be borne by those who participated in this decision, not through the taxes of Gumi City.
"We must not allow the president to visit Korea," he warned, and is seeking 100 people who had reserved tickets for Kumi's concert as plaintiffs to sue for damages. Among them, some are accusing Lee Seung Hwan of being an "anti-American."
When Lee Seung Hwan insisted that the concerts in other regions should be canceled as well, the Lee Seung Hwan side emphasized that this was a "false fact" and warned that they would collect evidence against such actions.
Meanwhile, on the 31st of last month, Jinju City announced that it would not allow concerts to be cancelled in response to complaints about LEE SEUNG HWAN's 35th anniversary concert "
"HEAVEN - Jinju" will be held at the Kyungnam Culture and Arts Center Grand Performance Hall on the 11th.
