Korean boy group RIIZE's remake of "Hug" will be released today (January 8th).

RIIZE's single "Hug" will be released before the release of SM Entertainment's 30th anniversary album, and the song will be available on various music sites at 6 p.m. today, and the stage video will be released on Youtube's SMTOWN channel at the same time.

RIIZE" commented on the remake of "Hug," saying, "I couldn't imagine what it would be like when I heard about the remake since it was the first time I had tried the song.I wanted to do my best because it is a famous song by 'Dong Bang Shin Ki' whom I respect.”

RIIZE's "Hug" is a colorful version of "TVQX’s" debut song "Hug," which was released in 2004.

Meanwhile, the song will be performed for the first time on stage at the "SMTOWN LIVE 2025" concert, which will be held on January 11th-12th at the Skydome in Kochok, Seoul, and broadcast live on the global platforms Beyondlive and Weverse.
