According to the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters' heavy snow response status report as of 6 p.m. on the same day, 68 flights from Jeju Airport and 31 flights from Gimpo Airport were reported.
A total of 136 flights were canceled, including 1,000 people. 77 passenger ships on 62 routes were suspended. In addition, 13 local roads in South Chungcheong Province and South Jeolla Province were closed.
As a result, the Gyeongbu High Speed Line was slowed to a speed of less than 230 kilometers per hour.
