TOP (former BIGBANG) takes on drug and acting controversy head-on... Interview for ”Squid Game 2” on the 15th

T.OP (real name: Choi Seung-hyun), a former member of the group BIGBANG, will be giving an interview for "Squid Game Season 2" and addressing the controversy head-on.
On the 10th, Netflix said that TOP will meet with reporters on the 15th for an interview. TOP recently returned to the game, vowing revenge.
The Netflix original series "Squid Game" features a fierce battle between Ki-hoon (Lee Jung Jae), who joins the group, and the frontman (Lee Byung Hun) who welcomes him.
In season 2 of "Hip Hop Survival," he played the role of Thanos, a former member rapper who was the runner-up in the show. He is a character who confuses everyone with his sudden actions. However, he was criticized for his poor acting skills.
In 2016, T.O.P. was sentenced to 10 months in prison with a two-year suspension for allegedly using marijuana. He was released from his position and began serving in community service after being found guilty of marijuana use while serving as a conscripted police officer.
After completing his military service, he left his group BIGBANG, but also hinted at retirement during a verbal battle with a fan on social media.
Due to these controversies, he faced criticism for his appearance in "Squid Game Season 2" and was removed from promotional activities for the series.
