BlackRock Launches Canadian Bitcoin ETF ”IBIT”

BlackRock, the largest asset management company in the United States, will launch a Bitcoin ETF in Canada. The Canadian Securities Exchange (Cboe) announced on the 13th (local time) that BlackRock's Bitcoin ETF will be launched in Canada.
The ETF in question is an ETF that allows investors to invest in the Bitcoin spot ETF "IBIT," which is managed by BlackRock in the United States.
The ticker for the ETF traded in Canada is IBIT. Helen Hayes, head of BlackRock Canada, said, "Canadian investors are investing in Bitcoin.
"This will give users access to Bitcoin and eliminate the complexities involved with holding and storing bitcoin directly."
