The film depicts Soohyeon (Ko Hyun Jung) and Jinwoo's project to turn their lives around, as they are nearly shaken by the harsh reality.
After the audition program "Star Rise" aired, JIN WOO received an explosive response.
Soohyeon, who discovered Jinwoo, was also inundated with calls from other agency CEOs. Taking advantage of this, Soohyeon and Junseok (Yoon Sang Hyun) created a profile to promote Jinwoo.
However, Hyuncheol (Lee Seung-jun), who wishes for the downfall of Soohyeon due to his hatred for his dead brother, makes his own hand and foot, Kris (Lee Ki Taek), take over Soohyeon.
He sabotaged Jin Woo and Jin Woo. He instigated Jin Woo's mother, who is Jin Woo's biggest weakness, and took on another debt in her son's name. He also pressured the PD in charge of "Star Rise" to do devilish editing, and he was against Jin Woo.
They created negative public opinion and started building up a situation for Jinwoo's removal. Kris, who wanted Jinwoo to be removed, also told Jinwoo through a trainee who participated in "Starrise" that he had been to the scene of a traffic accident in the past.
Jin Woo handed over Soohyeon's business card that he had dropped, forcing her to fall off the live broadcast stage, drawing her anger. Jin Woo, who had been enduring the external pressure from all sides without Soohyeon, ended up being traumatized again.
JIN WOO, who was torn between his promise to Soohyeon and Kris' threats, disappeared right before the stage even after he made it to the live broadcast finals.
Soohyeon and Junseok arrived late to the live broadcast scene and searched for the missing Jinwoo. When they finally found him on the rooftop, Soohyeon quickly brought him up on stage, to everyone's relief.
However, Jin Woo was still terrified and just stood there on the stage while the song was playing, leaving the audience confused. Soo Hyeon, who knew how Jin Woo felt, was worried.
JIN WOO watched in silence, hiding his feelings, and when he felt Soohyeon's gaze on him, his emotions welled up inside him and he began to cry alone.
