"We will hold the prosecution accountable for all illegal acts it has committed," he said. In particular, Chairman Kwon said he had been investigating the 55th security officer of the Army Capital Defense Command, who allowed the prosecution to enter the presidential residence to execute the arrest warrant.
Regarding the allegation that the head of the security corps' official documents were stamped with the official seal of the corps under duress, he said, "If this is true, it is a serious illegal act that should require the head of the public prosecutor's office to take responsibility, but the public prosecutor's office said, 'There is no such thing.
"The Public Prosecutors' Office, which was created through the Democratic Party's nasty political backroom deals, is a treadmill that tramples on the rule of law," said Kwon Seong-dong, floor leader of the People's Power.
