He criticized Lee Jae-myung, chairman of the Democratic Party of Korea, saying, "There is abnormal politics."
Mayor Oh said on Facebook that day, "The Democratic Party, which is led by Chairman Lee, has been the leading party in the nation.
"They have shaken the foundations of our organization," he said. "They have indiscriminately targeted not only the head of the Board of Audit and Inspection, the chairman of the Korea Communications Commission, and the minister, but also the prosecutor investigating Lee.
"They continued the 'relay impeachment' and effectively brought the government to a 'state of incompetence.'"
He continued, "They are focusing on the interests of their party, and are routinely engaging in abnormal acts rarely seen in constitutional history, such as the exclusive handling of budget bills by the opposition party and the impeachment of the acting president."
"The Democratic Party is trying to build a country that is good only for Lee Jae-myung by taking advantage of the current martial law situation," he said.
"Therefore, we have no choice but to fight alongside the people to stop this," he said.
