The media outlet said, "Such bleak forecast figures are a sign of Russia's military operations.

Meanwhile, South Korea's National Intelligence Service said at a closed-door meeting of the National Assembly Intelligence Committee on the 13th that the cumulative losses of the North Korean military were "300 dead."
