South Koreans rank last in ”trust in government, corporations, and the media”...what about Japan?

According to a trust index survey released on Wednesday (local time), South Korea ranked 27th out of 28 countries with 41% in overall trust, combining trust indices for the government, business, media, and NGOs.
In its index survey, Edelman classifies 60% or more as "trust," 50-59% as "neutral," and less than 50% as "distrust." Based on these criteria, Korea is a "distrustful" society.
South Korea ranked 27th this year, down two places from last year's survey (25th), and the only country ranked lower than South Korea was Japan (37%).
