The MBC variety programme ‘Help! Homes’, actor Ha Seok-jin will go on a sortie.
The broadcast will reveal the ranking of Seoul's flat sales transactions in 2024, from No.1 to No.25. Among them, the diverse flats in Songpa-gu, which ranked first in terms of the volume of flat sales transactions in Seoul, will be investigated on site. Actor Ha Seok-jin from Songpa-gu, who represents the entertainment industry, will be joined by Kim Suk and Kim Dae-ho.
Park Nare asks Ha Seok-jin, "Do you still live in the flat with a view of the Han River behind the automatic curtains that was shown in Happy Life of a Single Man?" and asks him. He replies, "The automatic curtains broke down and I have to open them by hand now. I tried to fix it, but it didn't work." When asked about his moving plans, he replies, "It's been 10 years since I've lived here, so it's time for me to move. While visiting the sites in this ‘Homes’, I went through them in detail with the feeling of looking at my own home", and this has attracted a lot of attention.
When asked about his interior design preferences, Ha Seok-jin says, "I kept it black-based and a little dark" and confesses, "My friends came to visit me and pointed out that this is why I can't get married... I look like a count living in Dracula's castle." In response, Park Na-rae says that Kim Dae-ho's house is the real Dracula Castle, to which Kim Dae-ho replies, "That's for sure. He shows his disappointment by saying that he once invited a female friend to his house who he had good feelings for in the past, but he hasn't been able to contact her since."
The three of them head for Jamsil Crossing, where the 123-storey tower, Jamsil Sports Complex, theme park, Seokchon Lake and other landmarks of Songpa-gu are gathered. Kim Suk explains the reason for Songpa-gu's high volume of sales transactions "Songpa-gu is home to large condominiums that rank first in terms of population among Seoul's 25 autonomous districts."
Ha Seok-jin, a native of Songpa-gu, says, "Jamsil used to be a food stall village, and before the 123-storey tower was built, the place was lined with food stalls, which I often visited as a university student." Jamsil, like Yeouido, is an island called ‘Jamsil Island’, and Seokchonho is what remained after the surrounding land was filled in’, he continues, showing the face of a local.
An exploration of the condominiums in Songpa-gu, the number one condominium trading area in Seoul in 2024, will be shown on the Thursday 23rd (10pm) on Korea MBC's ‘Help! Homes', which will be shown in public.
