US asset manager files to launch meme coin ETF including TRUMP and DOGE

Asset management firms Osprey Funds and REX Shares have filed an application with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch a multi-cryptocurrency exchange-traded fund (ETF).
This includes three ETFs targeting meme coins DOGE, TRUMP, and BONK.
The filing also proposes launching ETFs tied to Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL) and Ripple (XRP). These ETFs are
The fund is designed to invest directly in spot crypto assets and related financial derivatives. The fund will also invest at least 80% of its total assets in benchmark assets (Rebate) under normal market conditions.
Rex-Osprey Trump will invest in Interference Assets and other assets that provide exposure to such assets.
The ETF is set to be the first to hold TrumpCoin (TRUMP), a cryptocurrency supported by President Trump and associated with Trump that was launched on January 18.
