"Aryl ARMYn," which can cause dermatitis and cancer if exposed for a long period of time, was detected at 1.8 times higher levels.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced the results of safety inspections of overseas direct sales products on April 9 last year, and has since conducted 23 inspections of 1,621 products.
Of these, 172 products did not meet domestic standards. The city will continue to conduct safety inspections of products on overseas direct sales platforms this year, and will announce the results of the inspections once a month and take measures against harmful products.
The government plans to continue requesting that the product be discontinued.
