Seoul Metropolitan Government's Tourism and Sports Bureau Director Koo Jeong-won said, "This year, we will be holding a '3-3-7-7' campaign, which will bring in 30 million foreign tourists.
"This year is an important year for opening up the 'tourism era' (average number of tourists visiting Seoul, average expenditure of 3 million won, average length of stay of 7 days, and repeat visit rate of 70%)," he said.
