Ansan Service Area, Korea, actively adopts food tech, automating everything from cooking to serving chopsticks

Ansan Service Area is lined with stores that use various food tech. The area receives 15,000 visitors a day, and during holidays such as New Year's Day and Mid-Autumn Festival, the number of visitors reaches about 30,000.
At the "Robot Work" on the first floor, a robot adds oil and adjusts the heat to complete a stir-fry after you add ingredients. Using algorithmic data, the robot matches the chef's hand movements with the ingredients.
There are two robots in total, each capable of cooking for about 25 people per hour, for a total of 50 people.
