Go Ara beat out 8,231 other applicants to become a trainee at SM Entertainment alongside Hee-chul (SUPER JUNIOR) = ”Growth Diary of a Forty-Something Son”

Actress Go Ara revealed about her audition for SM Entertainment on the SBS program "My Ugly Duckling" (Japanese title: The Growth Diary of a Son in His 40s) broadcast on the night of the 2nd.
On this day's broadcast, Seo Jang-hoon said, "Go Ara is an audition talent," and "TV series '#' has a 1000-to-1 ratio of audition applicants.
"She won the audition for SM Entertainment and won three awards," the report said.
He said, "I got the best dance, the best looks, and even the grand prize, so I got a trophy." Hearing this, Seo Jang-hoon replied, "I heard that he went along to help his friend."
Next to him, Seo Jang-hoon laughed, "If you really wanted to help your friend, you shouldn't have gone." Go Ara also revealed that she was a trainee with Kim Hee-chul.
Go Ara said, "Kim Hee-chul hyung didn't wear thick clothes even in the middle of winter. He walks around in very thin clothes with headphones, but his lips are blue when you look at them."
He then added, "However, Kim Hee-chul is cold right now so he's only wearing a down jacket," causing laughter.
