Fany (Fly To The Sky) directly refutes reports of ”fairness doubts” about the highly-viewed trot survival show ”Active Singer King 2”... ”We are taking legal action for defamation”

Fany, singer of the duo Fly To The Sky, has directly refuted allegations of impartiality and teased strong legal action.
On the 5th, Fany's management office BT Entertainment launched Fany's official fan cafe.
On the 23rd, the company posted a statement refuting a certain media report that had recently raised doubts about its fairness. The management office stated, "We have decided to correct the false facts contained in a certain media article on the 23rd.
Recently, a media outlet reported that the president of Fany's management office invested 1.1 billion won (approximately 110 million yen) in the concert for MBN's "Active Singer 2," in which Fany is appearing.
It was previously reported that the group had invested in a concert to be held after the program, raising suspicions that they had pushed for certain participants.
In response to this, the management office said, "Around August last year, Fany was approached by the production staff to appear on the show.
After much deliberation and discussion with our company's executives and staff, as well as many trusted colleagues and senior and junior singers, we have decided to have him appear on the show."
They continued, "After checking with DION Communications, the production company, we have determined that there is currently no involvement with the above program or any subsequent performances.
The above article did not go through basic verification procedures, such as interviewing our company for confirmation, and instead created an unfair relationship between facts that have no chronological or logical relationship.
The report was a huge blow to Fany, and the company's reputation was unfairly damaged.
"We hope that no one will suffer any damage to currently airing programs or to Fany as a result of the above article, and are currently taking strong legal action."
Finally, the management office said, "We apologize to the fans who care about and support us.
"We promise to continue to proactively respond to reports that are factually incorrect so that no one will feel uncomfortable with the information provided," the company said in a statement.
Meanwhile, Fany is currently appearing on "Active Singer King 2." The semi-finals are currently underway.
