”I want the funeral to be fun...” Husband of the the late Barbie Xsu, Ku Jun-yeop (CLON), is considering holding a farewell party open to fans in accordance with her wishes.

　According to Taiwanese media outlet Yiping News on the 5th February, a farewell party will be held for the late Barbie Soo, wife of the famous Taiwanese actor and member of the duo CLON, Koo Jun Yeob. The family of the late Barbie Soo said they are discussing holding an open farewell party so that fans can say goodbye to her in a calm and peaceful way.

　Before her death, Barbie Sue said, "I want the farewell party to be happy and joyful. I want everyone to drink my favourite champagne and eat good food. And I hope you don't cry when you come." In response, a public farewell party was considered.

　Barbie Xsu is a Taiwanese star well known to Korean fans as the heroine of the Taiwanese version of Boys Over Flowers, Meteor Garden. Barbie Xsu and Koo Jun Yeob from ‘CLON’, who were lovers 20 years ago, reunited, married in 2022 and enjoyed their honeymoon in Taiwan. However, on the 2nd, news broke that Barbie Xsu died of flu-induced pneumonia while on a family holiday in Japan, causing deep regret.

　The funeral of the late Barbie Xsu, will be held in Japan, and Koo Jun Yeob and his sister, TV personality Shu Shi-Dee, are scheduled to enter Taiwan on the 6th, carrying the remains of the late Barbie Xsu.
