”The crime is not good”...Female BJ who blackmailed Jun Su (Xia) and stole over 90 million yen was sentenced to seven years in prison

A female BJ (Broadcasting Japan) who threatened Jun Su (Xia) (former JYJ), a singer and musical actor, and stole 800 million won (approximately 90 million yen) worth of money and valuables, was arrested.
On the 6th (today), the Uijeongbu District Court, 11th Division 4, arrested and indicted him on charges of blackmail under the Act on Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes.
The prosecution had sought a seven-year prison sentence at the closing hearing held on the 16th of last month.

"As soon as they became estranged, he decided to take advantage of this and blackmail her to steal her money and valuables," he said. "The defendant has admitted to everything, and all the relevant evidence supports his guilt."
He added that the crime was "not of a good nature" and that "the victims have suffered economic and psychological damage and are pleading for severe punishment."
From September 2020 to October last year, Mr. A threatened Jun Su (Xia) a total of 101 times and stole the equivalent of approximately 840 million won (approximately 94 million yen).
It was revealed that Mr. A had recorded private conversations with Jun Su (Xia) and blackmailed her, then committed the crime in order to prepare payment for drugs.
After the incident was reported, Jun Su (Xia)'s side stated, "I have suffered from A's constant threats and mental anguish for a long time, and I have taken preemptive measures to prevent further damage.
"I decided to take legal action and filed a lawsuit against Jun Su (Xia)," he said. He also emphasized that there is absolutely no connection between A's drug case and Jun Su (Xia), saying, "As Jun Su (Xia) feared, the true nature of the case has been distorted.
"The situation has already drawn him into an unfair controversy," the company said, adding that it would take legal action against any secondary victimization or malicious posts.
