The couple agreed to a pre-marital property separation agreement. They transferred their mansion on the grounds of the National Museum of Art to the mother of the late Barbie. However, the details of the agreement between the two were notarized in court.
"Since the agreement has not been signed, it is deemed invalid. Koo Jun Yeob will still be able to inherit the late Barbie's estate."
Previously, Koo Jun Yeob, who married Barbie in 2022, was belatedly revealed to have signed a prenuptial agreement.
He reportedly signed a pre-marital property separation agreement and transferred a mansion worth 16 billion won (about 1.6 billion yen) to his wife's mother. Barbie's inheritance is estimated at about 120 billion won (about 12 billion yen).
