「NJZ」ハニ、韓国ビザの延長サイン拒否か
[Official] NJZ member HANI refuses to sign Korean visa extension... ADOR side ”cannot confirm”
Did HANNI (HANI), a member who changed the group's name from "New Jeans" to "NJZ", refuse to extend his visa?
On the 11th (today), a Korean media outlet reported that HANI refused to sign ADOR's visa extension documents.
On the same day, ADOR said, "We cannot confirm this." HANI is a dual Australian and Vietnamese citizen, and can only work in Korea if she receives a visa through the management office.
HANI's artist visa will soon expire. HANI notified ADOR of the termination of their exclusive contract on November 29th of last year, and will be fully performing under the new group name "NJZ".
It is still active. ADOR claims that the exclusive contract with HANI remains valid. In her case, she must renew her visa every year through the management office.
If they do not, they may become illegal residents and be deported. The Investigation Division of the Seoul Immigration Service under the Ministry of Justice has stated that it will take action once the employment relationship between HANI and ADOR has been sorted out.
As soon as the allegation that HANI's visa extension application had been rejected was reported, some people speculated that HANI and "NJZ" would not be able to extend their visas if their schedules for activities in Hong Kong next month were rejected.
It is speculated that HANI is doing this because it would be difficult for them to perform in Korea if they do not extend their visas.
They are scheduled to appear on the "Live" stage.
