サムスンウェルストーリーとラーメン店「一蘭」が提携、社員食堂メニューを提供=韓国
Samsung Wellstory teams up with ramen restaurant ”Ichiran” to offer employee cafeteria menu (Korea)
School meal provider Samsung Wellstory has announced a partnership with Japanese ramen restaurant Ichiran to serve the restaurant's signature tonkotsu ramen in employee cafeterias.
This is part of the company's new "Global Gourmet Restaurant Collaboration" promotion that will begin in 2025.
The first country to be featured is Japan. Samsung Well Story will use meal kits based on the flavors of Ichiran's directly managed restaurants to cook large quantities of food.
They worked with the restaurant to recreate the same taste as what is served in the local area, from the saltiness of the soup to the firmness of the noodles, presentation, and tableware.
The company plans to continue expanding its collaboration with famous Japanese restaurants and develop popular menu items such as udon, motsunabe, and gyudon.
A Samsung Wellstory representative said, "We are planning to produce a cooking show called 'Black and White Spoon' on Netflix.
After the popularity of "The Cooking Class War," a gourmet boom started among consumers.
"We planned this promotion to coincide with the launch of the new restaurant. We will be offering food themed around various countries, such as Singapore in the second quarter and the United States and Australia in the third quarter."
