Former Vice President of Strategy and Planning Shin Ji-ho, a pro-Han Dong-hun activist, said on Feibook on the same day, "In preparation for the publication of former Chairman Han's book, we decided not to include his past as a prosecutor in the author's profile.
"There are various stories about why he was appointed as the prosecutor. Former Chairman Han does not hide the fact that he is a swordsman," he wrote. Former Vice-President Shin said, "If the prosecutor's sword is a murder sword that settles crimes, the politician's sword is a sword that destroys the people's livelihood.
"It has to be a sword that saves people's lives. If season 1 of Joseon Daeil Sword was about how to use a murderous sword, season 2 will be about how to use a sword that saves people's lives."
He also said, "The prosecutor's job is to condemn past wrongdoings, while the politician's job is to create a new future.
Han, who resigned as CEO in December last year, is scheduled to publish a book titled "The People Come First" on the 26th and officially declare his return to politics.
However, pro-Yoon Seok-yeol lawmaker Yoon Sang Hyun told reporters after a National Assembly press conference that he was not ready for Han's return to politics, saying, "Now is not the time for Han. The presidential impeachment trial will be held in early March.
