Questions are being raised about why Yoon Junho (Lee Je Hoon), head of the M&A team, has turned gray at such a young age.
Lee Je Hoon, who will be transforming himself through this drama, said about his grey hair style, "I want to express the near-perfect inner self of the character as a negotiator through my outer appearance.
"I tried to express myself in a way that would be convincing based on the first impression. Through this part, I was able to accept Yoon Junho as a special character, different from the ones I've seen before," he said, expressing his satisfaction.
This style has been intriguing, as it was born out of a strong recommendation from director Ahn Pan-seok. "When it was first proposed, I and those around me thought it was impossible.
I was worried. But the director strongly recommended it, and the make-up team and costume team worked carefully and minutely, so I was able to believe in it."
In response, director Ahn Pan-seok explained that he saw the gray hair of the character Yoon Junho in an object.
I thought that I should not look too young, but should look equal to the people around me. So the white hair that the writer wrote in the script at the beginning was an object to prevent people from guessing my age.
"The person who will be taking on the role of advisor has white hair, and apparently it started in his early 30s. It's similar to the hair of Marie Antoinette during the French Revolution.
Just as his hair suddenly turns white, the intention is to add depth to the character so that viewers will feel a mysterious aura when they see Yoon Junho's head."
