[Official] Lee Je Hoon's fans support independent film to celebrate his birthday
Actor Lee Je Hoon's fans supported Korean independent films. On July 4, 2025, Lee Je Hoon's official fan cafe held a sharing event to support the indie film industry in celebration of the actor's birthday.
He showed his support for independent films by inscribing the name "Actor Lee Je Hoon Official Fan Cafe Funist" on seat I7 at the Pace cinema.
In commemoration of this sharing support, Indie Space will hold a special event on the 14th at 7pm.
Prior to this, Lee Je Hoon will be screening "BLAKE NIGHT: The Guardian" (2011, Yoon Sung-hyun), a work that has become a hot topic in the independent film world.
He became an actor who garnered attention overnight with his explosive acting in the role of Ki Tae in "KE NIGHT: The Guardian," and has continued to work actively, impressing the general public with his limitless acting skills.
It is expected that Lee Je Hoon's fans' voluntary sharing of support and special screenings will have a positive influence not only on independent films but on the Korean film industry as a whole.
Indie Space was established in 2007 as Korea's first dedicated theater for privately-run independent films, showcasing a variety of Korean independent films through special exhibitions and screenings.
For donations of 2 million won (approximately 200,000 yen) or more, the names of the audience, directors, actors, and various film companies have been engraved on the seats at the Indie Space theater since the reopening of Indie Space in 2012.
This is a method of support that continues to this day, providing physical attention and love.
