NCT member Do Yeong successfully completed the Seoul performance of the musical "The Man Who Laughs." Do Yeong is a member of the musical "The Man Who Laughs," which is based on the novel of the same name by French author Victor Hugo.
In "The Man," he takes on the role of Gwynplaine, a man with a hideous face but a pure heart, and he portrays a wide range of emotions, such as excitement, confusion, fear, and sadness, in a deep and powerful way, earning him Hot Topic honors.
In particular, right from the first performance, he not only had dynamic expressiveness and outstanding singing ability, but also his unique interpretation of the character with a boyish innocence was met with rave reviews.
Do Yeong, who was praised for becoming "Imperial Spirit himself," delivered an explosive performance that maximized the emotional impact of the play at the final performance in Seoul on the 25th, receiving a standing ovation from the audience.
Above all, Do Yeong's final concert sold out as soon as tickets were released, and even additional seats with restricted view were opened on the day of the concert, proving his immense popularity.
