The Osaka AJeeAnFilm Festival will be held from Friday, March 23rd to Sunday, March 24th, 2019. The theme of the festival is "From Osaka to Japan and Asia!" and it will feature a competition section showcasing the latest Asian films.
The festival will introduce the appeal of Asian films through a variety of programs, including the Special Focus section, the Indie Forum section, and other special projects and sections. Set in the city of Osaka prior to the World Expo, the festival will feature world premieres of films.
This is an international film festival that introduces many hot topic works, including new and unreleased works in Japan. Tickets for each screening sell out immediately after going on sale, attracting the attention of not only movie fans nationwide, but also people in the film industry both at home and abroad.
The Osaka AJeeAnFilm Festival, which continues to attract increasing attention from filmmakers, will celebrate its 20th anniversary this year with a lineup of masterpieces carefully selected from a record number of applications.
