”I got hit twice”... A woman in her 60s was hit and killed by a nurse's car at a large hospital in Gangnam, South Korea

A woman in her 60s was killed after being hit by a vehicle driven by a nurse while walking in the outdoor parking lot of a large hospital in Seoul. According to Seocho Police Station in Seoul, the incident occurred at around 7:04 a.m. on the 18th.
On the 27th, it was revealed that a woman in her 60s, Ms. A, was walking around the parking lot of a large hospital in Seocho-gu looking for a funeral hall when she was hit and killed by a vehicle driven by a woman in her 40s, Ms. B, a nurse at the hospital.
While moving in a parking lot, Mr. A was hit by a vehicle driven by Mr. B from behind and suffered cardiac arrest. After cardiopulmonary resuscitation, he was taken to the emergency room at around 7:14 a.m., but suffered another cardiac arrest and died.
B did not notice the accident at the time of the collision, but got out of the car when he heard the screams of a nearby witness. B then got back in the vehicle and put it in reverse.
The family of the deceased claims that the response from B and the hospital immediately after the accident was insufficient and that they took a hasty approach.
In an interview with the Sekai Ilbo, the family said, "The emergency hospital was less than 100 meters away, but...
"No first aid was given for 10 minutes at all," he said, adding, "Even after he was taken to the emergency room, he was bleeding profusely from the head, but no swift measures were taken to stop the bleeding or administer a blood transfusion."
In response, the hospital said, "It was an accident that occurred in a parking lot between a pedestrian and a driver, and the parking attendant was nearby, about 20 meters away."
The driver also responded after the accident and transported the vehicle to the emergency room as quickly as possible.
The police have charged B with causing death under the Special Act on Traffic Accidents, and are currently investigating the details of the accident.
