Sean (JIN WOO) holds charity marathon for March 1st Independence Day again this year... Raised about 200 million won

Singer Sean (JIN WOO Sean) has once again prepared a donation for the descendants of independence activists through the March 1st Independence Movement Day charity marathon event.
According to the management office of YG Entertainment on the 2nd, Sean held the "2025 3.1 Run" at Seoul World Cup Park the day before.
The 3.1 Run is a charity marathon organized to help the descendants of independence activists live in comfortable housing environments.
This year's event, the fifth in its kind, was attended by 3,100 individual participants. The participation fees and corporate sponsorship money raised totaled 224 million won (approximately 23 million yen).
The donation (1,000 yen) will be used to support housing environments for the descendants of independence activists through Habitat Korea.
Sean said, "The '3.1 Run' is a race that reflects on the meaning of the March 1st Independence Movement.
"I'm glad that the event is growing every year with more and more people participating," he said. "It's meaningful to be able to support the descendants of independence activists so that they can live in a better environment."
Sean has been running the "8.15 Run" since 2020 and the "3.1 Run" since 2021. So far, he has donated new homes to 17 families of descendants of those who contributed to independence, and is currently running 18-19 homes.
YG Entertainment reported that they are building their 19th house.
