Yong Hwa will release the first episode of his new music talk show ‘LP ROOM’ on his official YouTube channel at 7pm on the 6th.
Yong Hwa's ‘LP ROOM’ is a music story talk show in which the artist creates a playlist of OSTs based on the assumption that his life is a movie, in a space with the atmosphere of a record shop full of LP editions, with in-depth music stories and funny episodes and high quality, the addition of a live performance presents music fans with a different kind of fun.
In the much-anticipated first episode, actor Jung Hae-in, Yong Hwa's best friend of 12 years, will appear as a guest to showcase their friendship. The teaser video released earlier showed a silhouette of Jung Hae-in smiling and holding an LP version with his face on it, along with Yong Hwa's introduction that ‘the guest for the first episode is my brother’, raising the expectations of global fans.
The two, who have long carried on their relationship as a family from the same agency, showcase their breathtaking exchange through various dialogues, from the moment of their first meeting 12 years ago, to episodes from the filming of the drama ‘Three Musketeers’ when they became even closer to each other, to their recent updates.
The two perform a live rendition of Yarn's ‘So You Are’, a song chosen by Jung Hae-in to represent his school days before he became an actor, to delight the viewers' eyes and ears at the same time. The fantastic live performance, which harmonises the sweet voice of Yong Hwa, one of Korea's leading vocalists, with the hidden singing talent of Jung Hae-in, will immerse music fans in a moist sensibility.
