The beauty brand for which actress Kim Soo-hyeon is a model said they are keeping a close eye on the situation. The brand's CEO, Ahn, recently posted on her social media, "First of all,
I deeply apologize for the above comment. The comment I posted earlier was made between the evening of March 10th and the dawn of March 11th, and I deeply regret and take responsibility for the confusion and stress that this comment has caused.
"At the time, rather than making a hasty decision based on only fragmented information, I decided to monitor the situation and wait for the facts to be more clearly confirmed," he continued.
"Today, on March 11th, all of our employees came together to confirm the facts, discuss the direction of our response, and halt the planned schedule for the current model.
"All of the talks were put on hold," Ahn said. "We will share our opinions more carefully and responsibly in the future, so that we don't cause you any trouble again."
On the 10th of this month, the family of the late actress Kim Sae Ron appeared on a YouTube channel and said,
The allegations caused a stir when they claimed that the deceased had been in a relationship with Kim Soohyeon from the age of 15 to 21, when she was still a minor. Kim Soohyeon's management office, Gold Medalist, said that the allegations were "clearly false."
