A company developing a blockchain-based NFT smartwatch has filed a lawsuit against Swiss luxury watchmaker TAG Heuer for alleged patent infringement.
On the 10th (local time), Watch Skins Corporation filed a complaint in a federal court in Texas, USA, alleging that LVMH has violated the terms of its "innovative NFT digital assets."
