Nebraska enacts Bitcoin ATM customer protection law

A bill has been enacted in the US state of Nebraska to protect Bitcoin automated teller machine (ATM) users. Governor Jim Filen of Nebraska has
Governor Filen signed the bill, which aims to prevent fraud involving Bitcoin ATMs and protect users. "This bill will be an important part of the adoption of virtual assets," he said.
"Virtual assets are a core emerging industry, and we will make Nebraska a leader in virtual assets," he said. "Building safeguards to prevent crime is also an important part of this."
