The results of the public opinion poll were announced on the 13th. The four Korean public opinion polling companies, Mbrain Public, KEI Stat Research, Korea Research, and Korea Research, conducted the poll from the 10th to the 12th of this month.
According to a National Barrier Survey (NBS) conducted in the second week of March among 1,000 people aged 18 and over, 50% of respondents said they would "accept the Constitutional Court's impeachment hearing even if it is different from their own opinion."
The total number of people who answered "I won't accept it if it's different from my opinion" was 54%. Additionally, 42% answered "I don't know/didn't answer" and 4% answered "I don't know/didn't answer."
Meanwhile, regarding the impeachment trial of President Yoon, 53% of respondents said that "he should be removed from office through impeachment," and 50% said that "the impeachment should be dismissed and he should be reinstated to his duties."
Regarding the level of trust in the impeachment trial by the Constitutional Court, 51% answered that they "trust it" and 45% answered that they "do not trust it."
