The score was 80.36, up 0.44 points from the previous year. Overall, the results were favorable. Among them, the consumer satisfaction scores of 35 cities were higher than the national total, and in 65 cities, the scores were higher than the previous year.
Of the three primary indicators, "Consumption Rights" received 80.48 points, "Consumption Environment" received 79.26 points, and "Consumption Supply" received 81.67 points. The scores for "Consumption Rights" and "Consumption Environment" were calculated based on the results for 2023 and 2024, respectively.
By region, the consumer satisfaction scores were 83.70 in the eastern region, 78.02 in the central region, and 76.78 in the western region.
Looking at the average annual growth rate of satisfaction scores, the Central region showed the highest growth rate at 1.26%, followed by the Western region at 0.67% and the Eastern region at 0.29%.
The cities are: Suzhou, Foshan, Yichang, Qingdao, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Yantai, Nanjing, Guangzhou and Weifang.
Based on these results, the association is optimizing replacement policies by, for example, expanding the scope of consumption subsidies, and encouraging green and innovative consumption.
