The court ruled that the matter should be disclosed, and the People's Solidarity for Participatory Democracy filed a lawsuit. In the first and second hearings, the court ruled that "it is difficult to recognize any disruption to business, and the procedures through which each department in the Secretariat handles its business are subject to public scrutiny.
The Supreme Court also upheld the ruling, saying that the presidential office should no longer undermine the principle of the rule of law and should abide by the Supreme Court's decision.
"We demand that a ruling be made immediately to make public the list of presidential office staff and operating regulations," they said.
